Our collections, including Petite lines (Petite Coats, Dresses, Jackets), Clothing, Jewelry, Belts & Handbags, Accessories, and curated brands like Haven Well Within, are designed for the discerning individual who values classic, versatile, and proportionally considered style. We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color or detail may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is not guaranteed.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use your chosen payment method.

Pricing & Taxes: All prices are listed in US Dollars. We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Service Areas: We ship internationally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is valid and deliverable.

Processing & Timelines: Orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines begin after shipment:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These are estimates; delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather) may occur. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love every piece. Our policy is designed to be straightforward, respecting both your needs and the integrity of our collections.

Eligibility Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

Customer Responsibilities (Return Conditions): To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Included with all original tags attached.
• Returned within the 15-day window using a trackable service.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable): For quality and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase.
• Intimate Apparel & Swimwear (unless defective).
• Personalized or Monogrammed Jewelry (including select items from Jewelry and Haven Well Within collections).

Gifted Items: May be returned for store credit only, subject to standard policy conditions.

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) or for store credit to be issued via electronic gift card.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ann Taylor Store and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control.
