- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit—whether it’s a proportionate piece from our Petites collection, a versatile classic from Haven Well Within, or a statement accessory—is essential. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Included with all original tags attached.
- Returned within the 15-day window.
Important Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
To maintain the integrity and quality of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Intimate Apparel & Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, these items are final sale unless defective.
- Personalized or Monogrammed Jewelry: Custom-crafted pieces, including select items from our Jewelry and Brand We Love: Haven Well Within collections, are made exclusively for you.
Note on Gifted Items: Gifted purchases may be returned for store credit only, subject to the standard policy conditions outlined above.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Enclose a copy of your packing slip or the RMA email.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package using a trackable service to the address provided. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, your return will be inspected (typically within 3-5 business days). You will be notified via email once processing is complete.
For Exchanges: The availability of your desired size or style (e.g., Petite Dresses, Jackets and Blazers, or Belts & Handbags) will be confirmed during the process. If unavailable, a refund to your original payment method will be issued.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are processed with the same care we apply to curating our collections.
- Timing: After your return is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The refund will appear on your statement under “Ann Taylor Store.” For PayPal payments, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account. Store credit, if applicable, will be issued via an electronic gift card emailed to you.
